2021 has arrived and we are all hoping that we have a better year than the last! Company progress in the last year is either at one extreme or the other! Companies have either managed to be boost their sales over the last year based on consumer needs, or unfortunately, they have not been able to function at their full capacity!
All I can say is, it’s a new year! We all have another shot of making this year ours! Leads can come from anywhere at any time. It is important that they are kept track of, and more so, you are keeping track of where they are coming from. Have you undertaken a Marketing campaign which has drawn traffic to your website contact form? Have you been partaking in Facebook ads? Pay per Click ads? Many companies spend on marketing but forget (or are unable to) quantify how much business is a product of that strategy!
